For ocean freight, our standard MOQ is one 20ft FCL (Full Container Load). Depending on the commodity, this ranges from 12 MT to 18 MT. We do not facilitate LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments to ensure product integrity and prevent cross-contamination during transit.
We work on Irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC at sight) from prime global banks, or a 30% Advance TT with the 70% balance against scan copies of original shipping documents (B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
Yes. For registered corporate buyers, we dispatch 500g composite samples via DHL/FedEx. The cost of the courier is borne by the buyer, which is fully adjusted against the final commercial invoice of the confirmed order.
Absolutely. We welcome and facilitate third-party inspections by SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Geo-Chem prior to container stuffing. The inspection cost is to the buyer's account unless otherwise negotiated in the C&F/CIF contract.
